The case of up-gradation of Assistants is still under process in the honourable Islamabad High Court. The honourable Islamabad High Court has already given its decision for the upgradation of the post of Assistant from BPS-14 to BPS-16 and in the same way Assistant Incharge from BPS-15 to BPS- 16 on April 2011 but the case was lingered on by the Finance Div Pakistan. The case was fired by Mr. Abdul Ghafoor Javed. The situation was created same by the Finance Div as the case of Upgradation of Accountants from BPS-11 to BPS-14.

Now the Honourable court has directed the Finance Secretary himself to appear before the court of law on 24-09-2012 and a Notice in this regard to appear before the court has been issued by the honourable court on 19-09-2012.
