Sindh Govt Finance Department has issued the Notification on 21st March 2013 for the up-gradation of the posts of Stenographers, Senior Scale Stenographers, Personal Assistant, Additional Personal Secretary and Private Secretary wef 23-02-2011 for Secretariat Side as well as for Non Secretariat Side.
The detail is as under:

sindh govt me mai ek govt university me personal assistant k bataur job kr raha hu mgr mera bps 11 ha jbke mujhe is me 16 nazar arah h kya ap mujhe is ka notifiaction de sakti h
madam i was promoted from bps-09 (senior clerk) to bps-15 (Personal assistant) in May-2014. can i get bps-16 now according to this order.
Can any one tell me is there a approval of upgradation post of stenographer bps 14 to bps 16 ?
guide me about about the difference b/w civil servant and government servant.

i was working in Sport Deptt.Govt of Sindh in BPS-16 in 2000 as Private Secretary, I was absorbed in 2004 in Forest Deptt Govt of Sindh as Social Security Officer BPS-16 and subsequently according to seniority list I was promoted in BPS-17 after seven years (2010).
Consequently after supreme court judgement i was repatriated to Sports deptt. please guide me about my legal seniority in Sports deptt

The selection is considered for purpose of pay only, it is not the “Basic Pay Scale”. Upgradation of any posts is meant that its basic scale is enhanced.. So the employees already enjoying “selection grade” will have no benefit from upgradation of posts……… In fact they should thank to Pakistan Govt. which allows them such higher scales on qualification of only matric (remember a Steno is appointed on matric basis).. There are more highly educated officials, but their scales are limited to 16 only…… HAMAARY MULK ME LOAG SHUKAR ADA HI NAHI KARTAY HAIN….

Government of Sindh has issued notificate dated 11-4-2013 according the post of Stenographer BPS-12 up-graded to BPS-15, but what about the stenographers working in selection grad-15.

Please inform me about up-gradation of Stenos from Finance Department, Govt. of the Punjab has been adopted by LG&CD Department Punjab Lahore. Because I am working in Tehsil Municipal Administration and Tehsil Municipal Officer has objected that Finance Department’s notification has not been adopted by LG&CD Department.
