Academic Activities Sindh Govt Education Department in 2013-14

Govt of Sindh Education & Literacy Department has issued Notification No. SO (B & U) EDU/9-3/2012 dated 2nd April 2013 in connection with Schedule of Vacations & Holidays in 2013, the commencement of academic session for the year 2013-2014, Admission Schedule 2013-14, School & Colleges timing 2013-14, Examination Schedule and related issues for the year 2013-14.

The Schedule of Holidays & Vacations is as under:

  • Summer Vacations will be observed from 14-06-2013 to 13-08-2013.
  • Winter Vacations shall be observed from 22-12-2013 to 31-12-2013.
  • Other holidays will be observed as per schedule under:

Eid-ul-Fitr (1st Shawal) * 8th & 9th August 2013
Independence Day 14th August 2013
Eid-ul-Azha (10th Zil Hajj) * 15th & 16th October 2013
Iqbal Day 9th November 2013
Ashura (9th to 10th Moharram) * 12th & 13th November 2013
Latif Day (16th Safar) * 19th December 2013
Chehlum (20th Safar 1431) * 23rd December 2013
Quaid-e-Azam Day 25th December 2013

    i ask the question from finance deptt: that why they deduction the convence allownce of teachers only dadu distt. Why? if u have any notification in this regard please send me? This is wrong and unlawful behviour with the teacher of dadu district.
