Updates of 20% Special Relief Allowance as on 23-10-2013

The Finance Secretary has cleared the summary of the 20% Special Relief Allowance for all the Federal Govt Employees.  This 20% Special Relief Allowance was granted to the Federal Employees of Ministries & Divisions only and the Attached Department’s Employees were left out. Now it will be great news for the Attached Department’s Employees if the Notification of the same is issued soon. It is expected that the Notification of 20% Special Relief Allowance will be issued within few days as the Secretary Finance has promised in the court.

        20% special allowance has recently been approved for GHQ officers and staff. Budget in this regard is being allocated. All employees will get arrears since march 2013.

    Islamabad High Court fixed the date of hearing 28-2-2014 for implementation of 20% speical allowance for all federal govt employees.Notification must be issued till 28-2-2014 and the same provided to the Court on 28-2-2014.

    Is it correct news or not???????? Any one have correct news……….

    Madam there should be no hope for 20%. Employees should think about some new hope.This govt is anti employees. So dnt expect any benefit from this govt. Court order set aside. Nothing for poors. Pay and allowances increase are only for MPAs,MNAs. Or for powerful institutions like FBR, Supreme court, National assembly. Education ki koi value ni. thay said ye schoolo callago me kam krtay hn

    It seems that govt will not issuing the notification, court has not given any order but case disposed off. My question is that “where are the petitioner?” For what they are waiting or may be the petitioner have got some deal with the govt to lift their efforts from the case i.e. follow up?? some thing is there surely…………:(:( very bad…

    it is now clear that no notification will be issued by ministry as 1 & half a month has been elapsed without any progress, so it is required to again contact the honourable court.

    it is now clear that no notification will be issued by the finance dept because as long enough time is elapsed in this correspondance. it is not understood that the court has not given any order but case disposed-off without any court order. Now it become a “KHICHRI” that court and govt both made servants in thinking. Now the case should re-opened without furhter delay as much time is wasted. and honourable court must called upon finance secretary in contempt case to provide copy of Notification or to get ready for consequences. plz comment

    As for as notification is concerned, it has been confirmed now that government is not sincere as official correspondance does not take much time like this……… Surprisingly, court has finalized the case without any final outcome…… According to my opinion, case for contempt of court should be re-opened and seceratery finance msut be called with a copy of notification….. Agrrieved Govt servants are waiting for what…? Plz comment…!

    Miss shumaila apki nazar ma ab notification na hone ki koa waja hoskti ha??. Itna time to nai lagna chahiye tha. Doosre notification to 1-2 week ma horahe han sb.
    Matlab daal ma kch kala ha ya wese hi general bat ha??

      Dear daal main kuch kala nahin hay. Umeed hay notification jald jaari ho jai ga. Agar aisa na hua to phir daal main kuch kala nahin balkeh poori daal hi kaali hogi.

      Dear Atta aaj main nain bhi Dunya News per yeh khabar dekhi thi. Magar yeh cancellation 20% Allowance wef 1st April 2013 to the Election Commission Employees hay jo cancel hua hay. Yeh 20% Special Relief Allowance for FG Employees nahi hay.

Whether aggrieved parties / petitioners will file a new writ petition or application of contempt of court will be re-opned…..? Why court complete dicision is pending still….? After how much time court may be knocked again?

        اور میرا خیال ہے کہ علامیہ جاری کرنے میں دیر اس لئے ہو رہی ہے
        کہ سرکار نے ہر محکمہ والوں سے پوچھنا ہے کہ اس اضفہ کے مد
        میں کتنی رقم درکار ہے، اور پھر اتنی رقم جاری کرنی ہے
        اس لئے دیر ہو رہی ہے۔

    Dear Madam: AOA. Whats about the latest news of 20% special allowance. I have learnt one of my colleagues that although the summary is in the prime minister’s officer but the summary is in negative form. How can it be possible as Secy Finance had agreed in the court that Govt has decided to give 20% special allowance to all the leftover FG employees. Kindly give the updated news.

      Dear Khalid, various news are coming from various sources. Some says the summary of 20% Special Relief Allowance has been approved by the PM and some says the case will again go in the court. But we hope best in future.

        Now a days we are praying only for this allowance as wef 01 Nov 13 a tax of Rs 5000/- have been implemented locally….. No doubt, Allah knows better and with His name, we are hopeful….

    Court ne us date pr koi faisla nai dia. Court ko btana chahiye tha k agar govt 2 weeks ma notofication court ma produce na kr ski to agla kadam kia le gi court??
    Court ko koi order krna chahiye tha i means to say. Ab agar govt na kre to court kese notice le gi.

        جب بھی بجٹ میں اعلان ہوتا ہے
        میرے الاؤنسز بھی بڑھتے ہیں،
        لیکن سنا یہ ہے کہ جن اداروں کے ایمپلائز کو
        دوسرے اداروں سے زیادہ الاؤنسز ملتے ہیں

        ان کو یہ الاؤنس نہیں ملے گا۔

    Zahoor khan miss apke question ko shayed samajh nai ski. Apka queation ma samajh gia hun. Answer ha k han jo b federal employee hoga jo kisi b province ma kisi b federal department ma kam krta hoga. Un sb ko ye allowance wef march se mile ga. Running basic pay pr jo har sal increment pr increase b hua kre ga. Bas dua kro k notification hojaye. Baki faida hi faida ha is ma sb ka.

    Secretary Finance had promised prior to Bring FInance Minister on 9 October 2013 in Court after Issuing of Notification … but in vain..

    Until and Unless this Notification is issued … Nothing can be said with so much assurance… ’cause as far as This Govt’ promises r concern every 1 know ………. 🙂

      Samajh ye nai arahi k ab kis cheez ka intezar ha. Ab sb clear ha k notification tu hona nai na hua. Court ne koi order nai dia. As such court or govt ne mulazamin k sath mazak kia ha. Ab next prooceeding kab hogi dobara??. Mulazim to pehle hi pis rahe thea ab aik umeed thi jo khatam hogyi ha. Plz ap mera comment delete mat krna. Reply must plz
