The Tentative Seniority List of Medical Officers BPS-17 Punjab has been issued. This list seniority list was published on 15th November 2013, with special emphasis to those doctors who were regularized by Punjab Govt on 29-4-2009; total no of these doctors are more than 2500; it is being decided that inter-seniority of these 2500 doctors will be defined from the date of initial contract appointment; Doctors having seniority no from 1034 to 2427 are requested to submit hard copies of all the following records:
- Initial contract appointment letter
- First charge assumption report on contract appointment
- Order of extension of contract appointment in serial order (VERY IMPORTANT)
- Order of appointment on regular basis
- Charge assumption report on regular basis
- Any transfer order and new charge assumption order and charge relieving order
ALL THESE DOCTORS ARE REQUESTED TO KINDLY SUBMIT HARD COPIES directly TO THE OFFICE OF SENIOR CONSULTANT SPECIAL PROMOTION UNIT HEALTH DEPARTMENT CIVIL SECRETARIAT LAHORE AND ALSO SCAN ALL THESE IN PDF FILE AND E MAIL TO [email protected] ALSO SUBMIT ONE HARD COPY THROUGH PROPER CHANNEL (THE HEAD OF HOSPITAL); THIS SHOULD BE DONE BEFORE 30th November 2013; for details visit www.health.punjab.gov.pk. all the relevant deficient documents of 1500 doctors are already present in civil secretariat, when we ask our department to provide documents this was their reply; clerks of our hospitals also saying that clerks of civil secretariat may want some speed money. as soon as you give all the documents will be recovered from the civil secretariat;
