Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Finance Department has issued Notification No. FD (SOSR-1) 12-7/2014 dated 6th February 2014 in connection with Pay Protection of Contract Employees on Their Regularization.
According to this Notification Competent Authority is pleased to allow the pay protection of the contract employees (Non-Gazetted) on their regularization with immediate effect. The conditions for the same are as under:
- The contract appointment has been made on standard terms & conditions, circulated from time to time by the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
- The contract employee has been applied through proper channel and in the same way relieved properly by the appointing authority concerned. This condition will not be applicable on regularization on the same post.
- The regular appointment/ regularization has been made by the approval of the competent authority.
- There is npo gap/break/interruption between the regular and contract service.
- The service rendered during contract period shall not be counted for pension or gratuity purposes.
- Pay shall not be protected, in case of regular appointment in lower grade.
Dear I was appointed adhocbase through nts 2014 bps12pst but the station was for and I re-appointed adhocbase through nts in 2016 bps 12pst and become permanent in 2018.from which date my service be protected? And as I am illigible for pay protection from 2014 or not? Please guide me There is no break occur in my services 2014to 2016
Pay Protection is granted but contract jobs is not counted towards service.
I appointed on contract bases in 2007 and terminated in 2009 and then we write a Petition in the Peshawar high court for regulaization in 2009.the court decisided in 2012 as regular employee.Are now we regular employee from the date of appointment or from date of write in court also we are eligiable for pay protection.
I worked in NADRA for about 12 years and then applied through proper channel to a post in Law and Order department and selected.Now I got service book and properly relieved .Dear all weather my countable or otherwise.need explanation please.

Please tell whether such type of notification is being there for gazzated employees by kpk government, Punjab, Balochistan, or Sindh.
i was working as a lab assistant in kpk workers welfare board as a regular employee.re appointed as a teacher through proper channel for contract of 3 years.i have pay protection letter .now whether i will b considered as a regular one as I have been allowed pay protection/regularization by the competent authority.
