Office of the District Education Officer (SE) Sahiwal has issued orders No. 3883/Exams dated 3rd May 2014 in connection with Double Exam Duties. In this Notification it has been emphasized that no teacher will perform double duties in the exams. The teachers who have performed their duties in SSC exams will not perform their duties in HSSC Exam.
With reference to the subject cited above, it is stated that all such teachers as have performed duty in SSC exam and now are again engaged in F.A/F.Sc duty should not be allowed for the second duty. Otherwise, head will be held responsible for neglecting the directions of the office. Any how, head will provide substitute of the teachers who have been assigned board duty for the second time. Heads are requested to inform about their assignments in F.A/F.Sc duty 2014.
