Government of the Punjab School Education Department has issued Notification No. SO (TRG)2-63/2013 dated 13^th May 2014 in connection with In Service B.Ed for Newly Recruited Educators 2014.

Directorate of Staff Development (DSD) has an important role in Education Department. DSD’s tireless efforts to improve education unforgettable. Almost daily new project, working day and night, teacher training, school monitoring in different ways, overview of various methods, the best measures for education, etc. DSD has played a major role.

Following the above series of DSD in 2014 elected educator recruitment of untrained educator’s under the DSD training courses for B.Ed in the summer holiday. Notification # DSD/GCET/34-12/2014 / 2762 date 02-05-2014 has been issued , a very good step and auspices for untrained educator’s training course conducted under the of DSD in the beginning , then it is a good and excellent teacher educator may become have .

Instead, the Department of Education has begun to show some leniency those who were already enrolled in college and is an exception for them ,the new teacher letter from the private colleges have started to make we are a already professional Students  , even though it is not .

The Department of Education should be the way the teachers refresher courses are made through DSD and teachers ‘ attendance is mandatory , untrained teachers just to ensure this course is essential .
