Government of the Punjab, Services & General Administration Department (Regulation Wing) has already issued Notification No. SORI(S& GAD) 9-36/81 dated 21st May 2012 in connection with Age Relaxation Rules Including 3 Years Upper Age Limit for Females.
In exercise of the powers conferred upon him under Section 23 of the Punjab Civil Servants Act, 1974 (VIII of 1974), the Government of the Punjab is pleased to direct that in the Punjab Delegation of Powers (Relaxation of Age) Rule 1961, the following further amendment shall be made:
In the said Rules, for the Schedule, the following shall be substituted:
| S.No | Authorities Competent to Relax Age prescribed for Recruitment | Services and posts in respect of which relaxation is permissible | Limit upto which age can be relaxed |
| 1 | Administrative Secretary | All the Services and posts meant for initial recruitment | Up to 5 years across the board to appear as part of advertisement |
| 2 | District Coordination Officer | All the Services and posts meant for initial recruitment falling under the Domain of a District Government | Up to 5 years across the board to appear as part of advertisement |
Note: The authorities specified in column 2 above shall relax the prescribed upper age limit upto 3 years across the board for female candidates, over and above any age relaxation mentioned in column 4and it shall appear as part of advertisement. This poist has been delivered by Mr. Nasir Mahmood.

main panjab main health department main govt job ke liye apply kar raha hon, jis main age limite 25 year leka hai aur 5 saal age relaxation leka howa hai. laiken meri umar 30.3 year hai, kia main apply kar sakta hon, agar kar sakta hon to please method batain kese karoo?

Dear Sooba, Upgradation is mostly creates due to the discrimination when the same category employee in other departments is upgraded or the Govt wish to do so.
There is no time frame for the same.
About the 3rd I m not yet confirm.
