Government of the Sindh, Finance Department has issued Notification No. FD(SR-I) 1(32)/2008-2011 dated 11th July 2014 in connection with Adhoc Relief Allowance 2014 for the employees of BPS-01 to BPS-22 & Increase in Conveyance Allowance for the employees of Government of Sindh for BPS-01 to BPS-15 as well as Medical Allowance and Premature Increment to the Employees of BPS-01 to BPS-04.
Adhoc Relief Allowance 2014 by Sindh Govt
There is a 10% Adhoc Relief Allowance 2014 by Sindh Govt for all the employees of Govt of Sindh with effect from 1st July 2014.
Increase in Conveyance Allowance by Sindh Govt
There is a 5% Increase in Conveyance Allowance by Sindh Govt for the employees of BPS-01 to 15. The new and existing rates of Conveyance Allowance are as under:

Increase in Medical Allowance 2014 by Sindh Govt
Govt of Sindh has notified 10% increase in Medical Allowance for the employees of BPS-01 to BPS-15. The rates of the Medical Allowance are as under:

Premature Increment for Class-IV Employees of Sindh Govt
Vide this Notification Govt of Sindh has also announced 1x premature increment for the employees of BPS-01 to BPS-04.

I think more notification in this respect are awaited i.e. Premature increament, pension, and up gradation of superintendent.
Dear Sajid only Upgradation of Supdt & Pension Notifications are awaited. Premature Increment to the Class Iv Employees has been mentioned in this Notification.
