Government of the Sindh, Finance Department has issued Notification No. FD(SR-I)3(17)/2013 dated 25th July 2014 in connection with Grant of Premature Increment on Upgradation for the Sindh Govt Employees.
In pursuance of Finance Division (Regulation Wing) Government of Pakistan’s O.M No. F.No.11(4)R-2/2011-1153/2013 dated 31-05-2013, Government of Sindh has been pleased to grant one premature increment on Upgradation of posts as on promotion which would be applicable in all cases of Upgradation taken place from 28th February 2002 onward and would take effect from actual date of Upgradation each post. However the payment of enhanced pay & allowances and arrear on this account would commence from 1st July 2014, in view of the fact that budgetary cover is not provided in current financial year 2014-15 for these unforeseen expenditures.
The said premature increment on Upgradation shall be sanctioned within the budgetary allocation for the current financial year 2014-2015 by the respective departments and no supplementary additional funds would be given on this account.

Dear madam, Assalamo Alaikum. I was working in the Federal Government as Stenotypist with Selection Grade BPS-14. After 18th Amendment, my department was devolved to the Provinces and I was devolved to Punjab Govt. When the posts of Stenotypist, Stenographer were upraded by the Federal Government, one pre mature increment was allowed to the employees holding selection grade by F.G. The Punjab Govt. up graded the posts but no pre mature increment announced. AT that time no rules for devolved employees service were framed. Service rules for devolved employees framed by Punjab Govt. in Aug, 2015. Can I claim my premature increment from Punjab Govt. and on what forum. Thanks.

AOA Mam mera sawal ye hy k if any body appointed in BPS-15 after few months post upgraded to BPS-16 in 2013 he is eligible for pre mature increment or not.

Dear Atif According to my calculations “NO” as the difference of the pay is much between these scales. You can send me via email the detail of pay before up-gradation and after up-gradation for the exact calculations.

Dear Muhammad Tahir, Next Scale promotion ya Time Scale Department per depend kerta hay. Agar aap kay department main Time Scale ki policy hay to aap next scale main jaa saktay hain.
2nd: Har post ki promotion policy hoti hain. Jis main much direct appointment aour baaqi by promotion hoti hay. Jab keh kuch post ki sirf Direct aour kuch ki only by promotion hoti hay. Agar kuch log direct promote huiy hain to baqi seats promotion kay khatay main department nain rakhi hongi. You can contact the higher authorities when they are doing the promotion.

It is to bring to your notice the who have entitled of pre-mature increment. It is to inform you the I was working as ward boy since 1986 in BPS-02 (cater) after 28 years passing i am in same post but now is BPS-05 in my payslip.
Kindly let me know that I am entitle to achieve above mentioned benefit or not.

Dear Farhat Ullah, if you are upgraded after 28-02-2002 then you are eligible for the premature increment.

Thanks dear Zaheem Ullah for appreciating mine efforts for the employees. Dear I always try to publish all the Notification etc that I get from the visitors of mine site. I also published the Notification from the Baluchistan Govt. However unfortunately, due to less communication facilities from the Baluchistan side, only a few visitors are able to send me the Notification, U can also see that even the Govt Websites of Baluchistan don’t publish the latest information. The example of it that ARA-2014 & Pension increase Notification has not been published on the Finance Department Bal and neither i got the Notification. Dear I hope soon there will be Notification of premature increment on upgradation from Baluchistan as well as Punjab side. Thanks

I am Zaher from distt Badin Sindh. I m a primary sch teacher, was appointed on 13 feb 2002 on three years contract base and then regularized on 01 oct 2005. I want to ask that, I m eligible to get premature inc? And Shall I be upgrade according to the notification of upgradation? Thanks.

1. I was working as ward boy since 1986 in BPS-02 increasing the basic salary every for year I have move in BPS-05. But my catter has not been changed till-date.
It is further to inform you that my account department does not agree to include the pre-mature increment in my salary.
