Revised Notification of Premature Increment on Upgradation by Sindh Govt for the Sindh Govt Employees

Government of the Sindh, Finance Department has issued Notification No. FD(SR-I)3(17)/2013 dated 5th August 2014 in connection with Revised Premature Increment on Upgradation for the Sindh Govt Employees.

The Government of the Sindh, Finance Department has already issued the Notification on 25th July 2014. Now by issuing this Notification the earlier Notification has been cancelled. If we compare these two Notifications we reach on the point that in the earlier Notification, there was mention that the arrears in this regard will be commence with effect from 1st July 2014 and now this condition has been removed.

Now the employees who were upgraded with effect from 28-01-2002 will also be eligible for the premature increment on their Upgradation.

Madam, Mian sindh govt health deptment B P S – 16 main 1996 sy kam kar raha tha 2013 august august main main nay BPS 17 ka commssion pass kya.Ab majhy Account dertment Na tu Option ka increament de raha hai our na premature increatment. please mery help kary ku kay mujhy 17 ka koi faida nahaia huwa.Account department kah raha hai ka main new comissioned hon so mujhy dono increaments nahian mill sakty.

    madam iam joined education literacy dept govt of sindh in 27/3/2012. as assistant bps 14. kia muje pre maqture increment mil sakta hai service ko 3 years 1 month howa hai

    Sindh govt has issued notification of upgradation of OS to Bps 17, Are they be entitled for premature increment? If no than kindly briefly answer why?

  7. salam medam. me 17/9/2012 ko spsc k zarye subject specialis bps 17 me ghss ko join kiya tha. is se pehley me pst tha or meri basic pay 14800 thi. jab k 17 scale ki basic 16000 se start hoti hai . me ne permission bhi li or meri service bhi count hui hai. to sawal mera ye hai k kia mujhey 31/12/2012 ko premature increament miley ga jabkeh mene ghss ko 17/12/2012 ko join kia tha. meherbani ker k merey masley ko solve karen. thank you.

Dear madam i m working as computer operator BPS 16 since 1999, (16 year) now i m working as same post same grade i.e. BPS 16 ex-cadre post my colleagues (in general cadre) who was working in grade 5 or 7 junior clerk/senior clerk they are promote several times they are now in grade 16 and 17 ….. the question is wt i m working in BPS 16 whole of my life or any time scale etc is in rules plz guide me plzzz

  9. Honourable Madam,l am a Office Assistant,I was awarded selection BPS-15, in the year 2000 perior to 28-01-2002, after that, as the post office Assistant was upgraded in 2007, am I also entiteld for premature increment or not ?

  10. Medam,I am working as offices Assistant,I was granted selection grade BPS-15,before the up gradation the post of office Assistant from (bps -11 to bps-14),I want to know whether I am eligiable or not to get the said premature increment ?Thanks.

Madam, please give me specific reference or send me that Noficication according to which the above Mr.Abdul Manan is eligible for one premature increment on upgradation from BPS.11 to BPS.14 as the Office Assistant inspite of the fact that he was working in BPS.15(Sellection Grade) when the post of Office Assistant was upgraded. The same is also my case but the DAO Office Distt: Shangla KPK refuses me the benefit.(As you replied him on 4 sep: 2014)

Madam,as you know the basic BPS. of OfficeAssistant was 11 but I was drawing pay as Office Assistant in BPS.15(selection grade) w.e. from 1-7-201.In 2007 this post was upgraded from BPS.11 to BPB.14 amongst other posts of the Ministerial Staff.At that time no premature increment was allowed for this upgradation. Later on one special increment was allowed by the Govt: w.e. 1-9-07 but later on that fixaton party returned the said benefit of one special Increment from me with the plea that this special incsrement does not allowed to the Sellection grade working in BPS.15. Now one prematre is allowed to all those Govt: Servant who have been upgraded w.e. from 2002 without any excaptance according to which I am entitled to receive one premature increment on my upgradation on post of Assistant from 1-7-2007 when my post was upgraded from BPS.11 to 14 but that DAO Office still insists to deprive me from the said benefit of one premature increment on the plea that since I was working in BPS.15(Selection grade) instead of 11 at the time therefore I am not entitled to one premature increment but they has not any proof of rules which they can present in favour of their such stand. Madam, Have you seen such any rules/Notificaton according to which I can be deprived or allow the above benefit of one premature Increment, clearly or not.The Finance Division wapda House Lahore has issued a clearance vide its notification bearing No:FO B&F/10-126/vol: 37/1622-1721 dated 19-2 -2014 at S.No:10 that in such like case the concerned govt servants will be eligible for one premature increment. But the question is now that as whether the clarification/Notification of Finance Division Wapdaj House Lahore will be applicable to the Govt Servants working in other Departments like us or not. May kindly be cleared in support of legal proof, please.Thanks.

  11. ek dispenser ka appointmment starting B-6 mn huwa 13-05-2006 ko service structure k through B-16 Mila (afetr 25 years) 01-06-2006 ko post upgraded hogai B-09 ab dispenser ko premature increment milega?

  12. Dear,Madam,I have to require some clearification,that,I was appointed as office assistant (BPS-11),then I was granted selection grade (BPS-15) in 2004,before the the up gradation of the post of Office Assistant.Pls,let me know wether I am also entiteled for the difference or not.Thanks.

Dear sister plz mughe ye bataye k m pst teacher hn .men ne service book k sath jo nadra se smart card b bnwaya he aor jo farm hota he jis m wife ki detail b hoty he wo numbr b alot huwa he mughe . Aor is k ilawa kahan mughe registeration krwani chahye ya ye complete he .mera is k ilwa koi aor requirement hoti hen jo mughe krwa leni chaheye .thnks

  14. salam madam main social security me account assistant hu hamari post 2007 me upgrade hui thi to kia hamien year 2007 se leker ab tak k arrears milenge in the light of above notification by sindh government ???

  15. Dear whether we are entitle/deserve for difference/arrears or not? because the post of Stenographer of District Judiciary had been upraded from 12 to 15 in year 2012.
