Government of Pakistan, Finance Division has issued Notification No. F.9(1)R-1/2014-330 dated 8th September 2014 in connection with Upgradation of FDE Accountants from BPS-14 to BPS-16.
With reference to Capital Administration and Development Division’s O.M No. D.203/2012-SO(Lit-I) dated 25-04-2014 and to convey the approval of the Finance Division to the Up-Gradation of the post of the Accountant from BPS-14 to BPS-16 in Islamabad Model Institutions under Federal Directorate of Education (FDE) Islamabad subject to the following conditions:
In future, the feeding post for 50% promotion against the upgraded post of Accountant (BPS-16) may be changed with Head Clerk BPS-14 having experience in accounts instead of the post of UDC (BPS-09) which is on lower side.
Amendment in the recruitement rules and filling up the upgraded post in accordance with the manner prescribed in Establishment Division’s D.O letter No. 8/36/2000-R-I dated 31st December 2008 regarding Instructions to Upgraded Posts.
