Notification of Upgradation of Clerical Staff in Balochistan

Government of the Balochistan, Finance Department has issued Notification No. FD(R-I)III-79/DA/2014/2878-3028 dated 18-12-2014 in connection with the Upgradation of Clerical Staff in Balochistan. The Government of the Balochistan is pleased to upgrade specific nomenclature of posts in Attached Departments/Subordinate Offices in Balochistan with immediate effect. Summary of the same is as under:

 

Upgradation of Clerical Staff in Balochistan

The detail of the upgradation of all categories of posts is as under:

Upgradation of of the Post of Superintendent in Balochistan

 

The posts of Superintendents(BPS-16) are hereby upgraded in BPS-17 in person to the incumbents after three years satisfactory service as Supdt (BPS-16).

Note: The upgradation will not be admissible to those superintendents(BPS-16) who have already allowed the benefits of BPS-17 with effect from 01-07-2011 vide circular dated 23-06-2011 & 26-11-2011 as well as those superintendents (BPS-16) who were promoted to any nomenclature in BPS-16 and granted the benefit of BPS-17 wef 01-07-2011 vide circular dated 26-11-2011, however these circulars shall stand with drawn from the date of issuance of this circular.

 

Upgradation of of the Post of Assistants in Balochistan

 

All posts of Assistants (BPS-14) are hereby upgraded in BPS-15. Henceforth, the posts of Assistant (BPS-15) will be placed in BPS-16 in person to the incumbent after 10 years satisfactory service as Assistant (BPS-15).

Note: In case of regular promotion of Assistant (BPS-15) to Superintendent (BPS-16), the service of incumbent shall be regulated under the condition held drawn at para 1 of this circular.

Upgradation of of the Post of Senior Clerk in Balochistan

The posts of Senior Clerk (BPS-09) are hereby upgraded to BPS-11.

 

Upgradation of of the Post of Junior Clerk in Balochistan

The posts of Junior Clerk (BPS-07) are hereby upgraded to BPS-09.

 

Upgradation of of the Posts Class IV Employees in Balochistan

All posts of Class IV employees are hereby upgraded one step higher in person to the incumbents.

Note: Creation of Class IV posts and fresh appointments shall remain as same as before issuance of this circular.

    1-7-2011 ko mera upgrad kia gaya junior clerk B- 5 se B-7 hua he primatuar incriment melega 18-12-2014 ko pher B-7 se b-9 upgrade kia gaya kia mujhe pre mature (2) incriment milega

Dear Madam,I was promoted from the Office Assistant to the post of superintendent on 29-5-2013 and after that I was upgraded from B.16 to BPS.17 on 20-5-2014 but I have not been granted one premature of upgradation on 20-5-2014 by the treasury office Shangla with the plea that I have already been granted one premature increment on 29-5-2013 from which date no the required period of 3 years has been completed up till 20-5-2014.So my question is now that is there required completion of specific period of 3 years under the rules or not. I also study rules of service always but I have not seen such condition up till now as my other colleague superintendents have also been given both the above premature increments on promotion and up gradation in other Districts .Provide me your legal guidance in this respect as soon as possible with reference of the concerned rules ,please. Thanks.

  9. I was serving as Daftary IV class employee in a federal Govt. deptt, now I have been through proper channel appointed as LDC in Dec 2014. Premature increment and annual increment will be granted to me or not in my pay fixation in current post???

    18 December 2014, ko yeh notification issue hua hai, ab kia December ka annual increment purane scale pe lage ga ya new upgraded scale pe lage ga?

    aur kia premature increment b mile ga ya sirf next above stage?.
