Capital Development Authority (CDA) Finance Wing has issued Notification No. CDA/FW (G)-44(28)(Pay/Allowances)/2015/2041 dated 12-02-2015 in connection with 20% Special Allowance by CDA.
Notification of 20% Special Allowance by CDA
According to this Notification Grant of 20% Special Allowance @ running basic pay per month to the employees working in the Federal Ministries/Divisions has been allowed.
This Notification has been issued in persuannce of Finance Division’s O.M No. No. F.10(2) R-3/2012 dated 06-03-2013. The said benefit has been allowed with effect from 21st January 2015 in the Authority instead of 01st March 2013.

I hope that this allowance will be allowed to all the federal govt employees near future and after finding of court orders.
