Faisalabad Electric Supply Company Limited, Human Resources & Admn Directorate has issued Notification No. 19938 dated 19-02-2015 in connection with One Month Bonus Salary to All the FESCO Employees.
One Month Bonus Salary to All the FESCO Employees
According to this Notification, In pursuance of BOD FESCO taken in its 134th /22nd meeting held on 26th January 2015 vide Agenda Point No. 14 (Other Agenda-I), approval is hereby accorded for grant of Incentive/Bonus equivalent to One Month (1 Month) salary to all FESCO employees on account of profit for the year 2013-14.
The payment of aforesaid bonus will be made in the month of March 2015.

I hope you would be fine and best of your spirits too. I want to ask you that our accounts deptt is not clearing the cases of anomaly on the plea that if a junior or senior employee have availed the benefit of advance increments, they are not entitled for removal of anomaly. Despite the fact that despite taking increments, the senior remain senior in pay and it is the occasion of promotion when he cross the senior’s pay. this senior becomes entitle for anomaly, but they are not clearing such cases of clear cut anomaly. I request your kind help in this regard and clarify, has advance increments have any concern in this case and is account deptt plea is not wrong as in my opinion, despite taking advance increments junior is still junior and pay and it is the occasion of promotion that he crosses the pay of senior, thus senior must be given increments to finish the anomaly. Looking forward to your early reply and clarification.
