The High Court of Sindh, Karachi has issued Notification No. HC/ADMO/00312/RUA dated 15-01-2015 in connection with Revised Rates of Utility Allowance for the employees of Sindh High Court, Bench at Sukkur and Circuit Courts at Hyderabad and Larkana.
According to this Notification, in exercise of the powers conferred by Finance Department, Governemnt of Sindh vide Notification No. BI/2(18)/1996 dated 26-11-1996, the Honourable Chief Justice has been pleased to revise the rates of Utility Allowance in respect of all the officers and staff from BPS-01 to BPS-22 of this Court, Bench at Sukkur and Circuit Courts at Hyderabad and Larkana with effect from 16th October 2014. According to this Notification there is 50% increase in Utility Allowance. The detail is as under:

The expenditures involed will be met from within the sanctioned budget grant of this Court under the Head “A01241-Utility Allowance” during the current financial year 2014-15.
