Detail of Grant of Time Scale BPS-17 to Superintendents/Admin Officers of CDA is as mentioned in the copy of the Notification.

It has been observed that only post of “Superintendent” has been adddressed for upgradation from BPS-16 to BPS-17.
Kindly let me know why should the post of “Administrative Officer” BPS-16 has been upgradated to BPS-17 especially in Government of Sindh? If the post was upgraded then kindly post their notifications.
The post of Administrative Officer has been upgraded by Government of Punjab, Government of Balochistan and even in Kyber Paktoon Kawa too.
It is not understood why Government of Sindh is not interested to upgrade the post of “Administrative Officer” from BPS-16 to BPS-17, which is also one of the Supervisory post.
The posts of Assistant and Assistant Incharge have been already upgraded from BPS-14 and BPS-15 to BPS-16 all over the entire country. Unfortunately, Government of Sindh is not upgradating the said supervisory posts.
