Change of Nomenclature of the Clerical Posts by the High Court of Sindh

The High Court of the Sindh, Karachi has issued Notification No. HC/ADMI/CoN dated 14-07-2015 in connection with the Change of Nomenclature of the Clerical Posts by the High Court of Sindh.

In exercise of the powers conferred under Notification No. BI/2(18)/1996 dated 26-11-1996 of Finance Department Government of Sindh and on the recommendations of the Administrative Committee of this Court, the Honourable Chief Justice has been pleased to change the nomenclature of the following posts of this Court as mentioned against each with immediate effect:

Junior Clerk Junior Office Associate BPS-11
Senior Clerk Office Associate BPS-13
Assistant Senior Office Associate BPS-15

Madam sahib….mujhy advise dena k maeen 1990 m appointment howa hoon as Microscopict (BPS-06), uss k baad 1996 m mera cadre change/re-designated how as Senior Clerk BPS (-06),usy date sy mujhy (BPS-07) mila according to notification of Finance Department Govt;of Sindh 1987.uss notification likha h k jo senior clerk B-06 m kaam krta h uss ko B-07 allowed h.aur ab m 01-07-2007 sy B-09 m kaam kr rha hoon.kya legal h za illegal.meri services25 saal hogy h.Thanks madam………reply as soon as.
