Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa has already issued Notification No. KC/FD/SO (FR)/10-22/2013 (H) dated 12-09-2013 in connection with New Service Structure for Laboratory Assistants in KPK (BPS-07).
According to this letter 736 posts of Laboratory Assistants (Male & Female) in Higher Education Department were upgraded. The manner in which these posts were upgraded is as under:

As regard posts of Laboratory Assistants working in FATA Secretariat, the Administrative Department may itself take up their cases with FATA Secretariat for similar action. Special thanks to Mr. Murid Abbas for sending the copy of the Service Structure for Laboratory Assistants in KPK for the information of all the related employees.
plz send us the formula adopted for the service structure
School lab/asstt are, even now,structur less.colleges and they are the same categary.why is then,they are denying their right.the court had already announce decision’that the govt must entrust them the service structure like colleges lab/asstt.how is it possible.plz.

yeh structure higher education wali labs pai implement hai ya high school lab pai b implement ho sakta hai .
or dusri bat yeh jo ap nai notification post ki hai sirf pehla page kulta hai dusrai 3 pages notification k nahi kul rahai
