Government of the Sindh, Finance Department has issued Notification No. FD (SR-III)5-29/2002(part-file) dated 01-09-2015 in connection with Notification of Ph.D/D.Sc Allowance for Sindh Govt Employees 2015.
According to this Notification the following allowances have been discontinued:
Special Science & Technology Allowance (SS&T)
All the Ph.D/D.Sc degree holders will be allowed Ph.D/D.Sc Allowance @ 10,000/- per month instead of Ph.D Allowance @ 2250/- per month or Special Science & Technology Allowance (SS&T) @ 7500/- per month. The Ph.D/D.Sc Allowance will be allowed at the following conditions:
- This allowance will not be linked with the category of subjects
- It will be granted irrespective of the place of posting or job assigned to the person concerned.
- It will not be admissible for more than one subject

Madam I retired on 21.11.14. I was geting Ph.D alowance Rs 1500. Now it is Revised on 1.9.15. Am i eligible for this revised rate and is there any rule pl quote it for me so that i can get the revised rate of Ph,D allowance
