Government of the Punjab, School Education Department has issued Notification No. SO(SE-III)5-230/2014 dated 18-12-2015 in connection with Regularization of Contract Employees (Ministerial Cadre) appointed under the provisions of Contract Appointment Policy 2004 issued by the S& GAD , Government of Punjab.

According to this Notification, I am directed to convey that the S& GAD Department vide Notification of the dated 01-03-2013 has already conveyed that the Chief Minister Punjab has been pleased to order appointment of employees in BPS-01 to BPS-15, recruited on contract basis under the provisions of Contract Appointment Policy 2004 issued by the S& GAD , Government of Punjab against the posts presently held by them on regular basis.

Further the department has already requested to furnish the compliance report regarding the appointment of contract employees on regular basis vide letter of even number dated 19-09-2014.

I am further directed to request you that compliance report regarding appointment of contract employees on regular basis may be submitted by 31-12-2015 in Department.
