M.phil Allowance to Agriculture Extension Bahawalpur Employees

Lahore High Court, Bahawalpur Bench has issued its decision on 27-11-2015 in connection with M.phil Allowance to Agriculture Extension Bahawalpur Employees.

According to this decision, the grievances of the petitioners is that they are being deprived of their qualification allowance inspite of making all efforts to convince respondent No.1 for grant of said allowance but he has not paid any heed hence they have no other alternate and efficacious remedy, approached chis Court for redressal of their grievances.

Since, in matters relate to terms and conditions of service, this Court lacks jurisdiction, therefore, I deem it appropriate to transmit copy of this petition alongwith all the annexures to the Chief Secretary Punjab with a direction to treat it a petitioner’s representation and take the decision thereon within a period of one month from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order strictly in accordance with law by providing opportunity of hearing to all concerned. The learned Addl. Advocate General shall ensure compliance of this order.
