According to the news the technical cadre staff has also been given time scale promotion. In view of the news the following summary of Clerical Staff Upgradation Punjab has been approved:

Technical Staff: Technical Staff of the pay scales from BPS-05 to BPS-16 will be promoted to the next scale after every span of 10 years.
Notification of Clerical Staff Upgradation Punjab will be uploaded soon as and when it is received.
When will this upgradation be implied in armed forces.
Because i am employed in PAF as UDC and we are being upgraded into 11th scale.
What is the matter can anybody explain.

It is stated that two No. posts regular working in P.W.D. Depatts: (Irrigation,Building,P.H.E. Highway) have been omitted in this demand for up gradation which may be proposed as under:-
1. Accounts Clerk is working in BPS No.11 may be to BPS No. 15 because in these Departments Head clerk is promoted from Accounts Clerk.
2. Sub Divisional Clerk who is like as Senior Clerk in other Departments. Which should be re-notify as Senior Clerk/ Sub Divisional Clerk in the same scale No.14. However upgradtion of clerical Establishment is brilliant/ historical success from APCA. I specially appreciate APCA.

es upgradation main stenographer kay sath bohat zulm kia gia hay. koin k Stenographer 2008 main 12 scale main aur Assistant 11 main. Assistant upgrade kar diya gaya par steno ko nahin baad main service tribunal aur superem court ka zariya upgradation. up senior clerk ko steno kay braber diya gaya aur assistant ko 16. muzlum steno pher ignor howa. es baray koi news hay too plz share.
