Judgment Regarding M.Phil allowance in Lahore High Court, Multan Bench

Judgment regarding M.Phil allowance in Lahore High Court, Multan Bench writ filed by the Employees of Agriculture Extension of Multan, Muzaffargarh and DG Khan District has been issued on 21-12-2105.

Judgment Regarding M.Phil allowance in Lahore High Court, Multan Bench

After arguing the case at certain length, learned counsel for the petitioners states that the petitioners will be satisfied, if a decision is issued to the respondent No.1 to redress the grievance of the petitioners expeditiously.

The request of the learned counsel for the petitioners is justifiable. I am inclined to transmit a copy of this petition alongwith all its annexures to the respondent No.1 (Secretary Agriculture Civil Secretariat, Punjab Lahore) at the expenses of the petitioners, who shall treat it as a part of petitioners pending application and will decide the same strictly in accordance with law through a reasoned order within 30 days after receipt of this order.

Special thanks to Rana Azeem for sending the copy of the Judgment Regarding M.Phil allowance in Lahore High Court, Multan Bench.
