Azad Government of the State of Jammu & Kashmir, Finance Department has issued Notification No. FD/R/9161-9260/2016 dated 3rd June 2016 in connection with Notification of Upgradation of Clerical Posts Azad Jammu & Kashmir.
According to this Notification, the President Azad Jammu & Kashmir has been pleased to accord approval of the following posts with effect from 1st July 2016:

Junior clerk ki post bs-7 se upgrade ho kr bs-11 men ho gai hi magar is ki equal post (telephone operator) ko upgrade q nahi kia gia
Halan keh Auditor General office k telephone operators bs-14 men since 2011 chale a rahe hen.

Q k junior clerk aur telephone operator dono equal posts theen lakin ab in men scale ka bahot difference ho gia hi. Is farq ko jald az jald khatam krna majjaz officeran ki zamadari hi aur qareen- e-insaf bi hi. Ye tamam provincial Telephone Operator k sath ziadti hi.

Junior Clerk ki post kab redesignate ho k Lower Division Clerk hoi thee. Iss ka notification ho tu kindly e-mail kar dain. Hamaray office main Junior Clerk hain magar unn ko upgradation nahi de rahay k ye tu Lower Division Clerk ki upgradation hai.
