Final Revised Pay Scales 2016 Chart has been prepared by many employees. This chart is based on the Notification of Revised Pay Scales 2016 by the Federal Government of Pakistan. This chart is effective wef 01-07-2016.
This chart will replace the existing revise pay scale chart of the year 2015. In this chart there have been added three adhoc relief allowances for the years 2013, 2014 and 2015. You can download the chart in MS Excel Sheet as well as in PDF Format. Special thanks to following employees:

Medam Ye Federal Govt ne scale banae hain tu is main provincial walon ko tu problem ho ga keyon ke Federal ur Prov main 7.5% ka difference tu is ke leye kon sa formula hoga details neche de raha hoon

Thanks for up-loading calculator as same is for calculation of Federal Govt. employees because of Sindh Govt. has not announced for merge of Adhoc Relieve Allowance (ARA) 2015.
Also salary chart 2016 of revised pay scale is for Federal Govt. Employees because of ARA 2015 is merged @ 7.5% whereas Sindh Govt ARA is 10% so there will be different affect if merge ARA 2013 (10%) , 2014 (10%) and 2015 (10% instead of 7.5%) . Kindly clarify the following:
1) Is Govt. of Sindh should merge ARA into basic Pay two ARA (2013, 2014) or Three ARA
(2013, 2014 & 2015).
2) Is Salary Chart of Sidnh Govt will new from federal govt.
I shall be appreciated if you please clear the above confusion.

Remember that all federal actions in term of Basic Pay are equally implemented in all Pakistan.
Secondly, 10% allowances will not be merged, instead 7.5% will be merged, remaining 2.5% will continue to be admissible! You can email me at dead. [email protected]
I think sindh govt. will include 3 Adhoc Relief Allowance (ARA 2013 10% + 2014 10% and 2015 7.5% ) and a part of ARA 2015 2.5% which not to be included in basic pay and same will show separate so the fixation of salary will be according to Federal Govt. pay scale chart 2016.

Madam I am in BPS-7 and upgraded to BPS-9 as announced in the budget. How will I do my fixation. My basic pay is 15790 now. My pay slip details are as:

Dear Khair Muhammad, according to my knowledge 2.5% will not be added in pay it will be given as a separate allowance.

Dear the Chart is not correct….Any one who wants to know his Basic Pay,use this formula
(Your current basic pay x 0.0275 + Your current basic)
Dear Brother.
It is also not correct formula because my basic pay is 20035 in BPS.15 when multiplied by 0.0275 then the product is 550.9625+20035=20585.9625,
Now kindly guide about that is it clear or not?

(7490-415-19940) is right scale u mention in chart is 410 ruppes in annual increment
