Notification of Farewell Party at Govt Expenses to the Retiring Person

Government of the Punjab, Services and General Administration Department has issued Notification No. SOW-I(S&GAD)28-24/95(Association) dated 19-10-2016 in connection with Farewell Party at Govt Expenses to the Retiring Person.

Notification of Farewell Party at Govt Expenses to the Retiring Person

According to this Notification, the Competent Authority has been pleased to desire that all the Departments of Punjab Govt, Civil Secretariat, Lahore may take the following steps in continuation of Notification of even number dated 30-12-2014, in commemoration of services rendered by the Government Officers/Officials on their retirement:

  1. Farewell Party may be given at Government Expenses.
  2. Appreciation letter may be awarded with the signature of Head of the concerned Department.
  3. A shield may be awarded by the concerned Department.
  4. The concerned Department may issue the Identification Card after retirement.
