Utility Store Carporation of Pakistan (Private) Limited has issued Circular Order No. 238-Estt dated 26-10-2016 in connection with Grant of Increase in Conveyance Allowance with Arrears.
According to this Notification, in pursuance of Government of Pakistan, Finance Division O.M of the dated 07-07-2014, the Competent Authority has been pleased to allow revision of the Conveyance Allowance to all USC regular/contract employees with effect from 01-07-2014, as till further orders. The detail is as under:

LDC-11 & UDC-14 ka kiya huwa mere bhai abhi tak
Dear Mam, If one person is employed permanent but he is on probation period of 02 years. He has More than 01 year service length. Can he apply on deputation to an other department for project based seat on contract or not? Or he will be able to apply for deputation after completing probation period?? Please guide me in this regard and provide supportive notifications if any.
