Chart of Increase in Salaries Due to Annual Increment 2016 for All Employees has been prepared. In this chart the increase in salaries has been shown from BPS-01 to BPS-22 with effect from 01-12-2016.
Although the increase in salary is minor yet some thing is better than nothing. This minor increase is due to the only running 10% Adhoc Relief Allowance 2016 that was granted to the Govt Employees of all provinces as well as the Federal Government Employees of Pakistan in the current budget 2016-17 wef 1st July 2016.

Please Correct the second Paragraph where you mention 7.5% increase in Ad-hoc Relief Allowance 2016 whereas it is 10%.
