Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Health Department has issued Notification No. PA (DS-A)HD/1-1/17 dated 11-01-2017 in connection with Government Employees Visit Abroad Without NOC.
In this letter it is mentioned the doctors (Civil Servants) and other staff working in Government Health Sector travel abroad without obtaining the NOC. It is against the rules and policy.
It is strictly ordered the employees that they will 1st obtain the NOC before proceeding abroad. They will submit their application to the department and such cases will be decided within 15 days.
