The High Court of Balochistan Quetta has issued Notification No. 746/128-Estb dated 17-02-2017 in connection with Upgradation Ministerial Staff District Judiciary Balochistan.
According to this Notification, in exercise of powers conferred upon him vide Notification of the dated 16-10-1995 issued by the Government of Balochistan, Finance Department read with delegation of Financial Powers Rules 2008. The Honorable Chief Justice High Court of Balochistan has been pleased to upgrade the following posts of ministerial non-gazetted staff of the District Judiciary with immediate effect:
