News Regarding Increase in Pay & Pension 15% in the Coming Budget 2017-2018
According to the Daily Dunya newspaper of the dated 23rd March 2017, there is proposal of 15% increase in salaries of the Government employees in the coming budget 2017-18. There is also proposed of 15% increase in pension. This increase in pension is expected in the shape of Adhoc Relief Allowance.
There is also proposal of 25% increase in Hiring Ceiling for the employees working in 8 big cities. This is only news and hope for the best in the upcoming budget. This budget will be of no avail for the Govt employee, if there is no increase in House Rent Allowance. Increase in HRA is the need of time.

There will occur a huge difference in pension of old & new retirees of all federal, provincial and defense paid employees. People who are at the helm of the affairs are requested please to remove this wide gap of pension, if not 100 % then at least 50 %.

After 2011 budget a huge difference in pension raised between new and old pensioners.the servant who retired before 2011 are fell in loss as.our juniors are now taking more pension then us.please highlight the injustice to govt and in next budget need to be justify it

Dear Khan Muhammad, Hiring is another thing that is only granted in some main cities like Islamabad, Rwp, LHR etc
in 2010 ppp govt had given only 15% increase to pensioners whereas pay was increased by 50%.Will anyone help the affected pensioners ?
