Office of the Accountant General, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa has issued Notification No. T.16(162)/G/PFund Sch:/2016-17/518 dated 13-02-2017 in connection with GP Fund Deduction from Employees of BPS-01 to BPS-16 Rescue 1122 KPK.

According to this Notification, I am directed to refer to your letter of the dated 23-01-2017 on the subject and to say that the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Civil Servants (Amend;) Act 2013 clearly provide that all Civil Servants appointed to a post on or after July 2001 shall be deemed to have been appointed on regular basis and will be eligible for pension/gratuity/deduction of GP Fund.
