Election Commission of Pakistan, Secretariat Islamabad has issued Notification on 04-05-2017 in connection with Enhanced Rates Polling Staff Remuneration to be appointed for the upcoming general election 2018. Detail is as under:
Notification of Enhanced Rates Polling Staff Remuneration
I am directed to refer to say that the Competent Authority has been pleased to enhance the rates for the polling staff to be appointed in up-coming General Election 2018 as under:

| 1 | Presiding Officer (PO) | Rs. 2000/- (2000 x 3 = 6000/-) |
| 2 | Assistant Presiding Officer (APO) | Rs. 1500/- (1500 x 3 = 4500/-) |
| 3 | Polling Officer | Rs. 1000/- (1000 x 3 = 3000/-) |
| 4 | Naib Qasid | Rs. 2000/- (Lump sum) |
You are hereby requested to follow the above rates while preparing the proposals of funds for the upcoming General Election 2018.
