Sindh Service Tribunal has issued its decision on 29-08-2017 in connection with Technical Pay & Corporation Allowance. Summary is as under:

In view of the admitted position by the respondents No. 2 & 3 the matter of technical corporation allowance is hereby remitted to the Secretary, Finance Department, Government of the Sindh to decide the issue raised by the appellant within period of 60 days from the date of receipt of judgment. A copy of this judgment be sent by the Register to the respondents so that the deprived low paid employees be allowed to avail monetary benefit admissible to them. The matter may be decided within the stipulated time to redress the grievances of the  appellant and his colleagues working in the same cadre in consonance and conformity with the revised rates notified by the government from time to time.
