Government of the Sindh, Finance Department has issued Notification No. FD(SR-IV)2-35/2014 dated 25-10-2017 in connection with Clarification Premature Increment, Annual Increment & Right of Option on Upgradation. Detail is as under:
I am directed to refer to the subject noted above, and to say that if premature increment is allowed on up-gradation with effect from 04.08.2016, then there is no provision for annual increment falling on 01.12.2016 due to period less than six months however, right of option is available under Rule-44 (a) of Sindh Civil Servant Rules Manual Vol-l for retaining pay of lower scale pay till obtaining annual increment i.e. 01.12.2016.
sir i m selected as subject specialist in bps 17 by ppsc in 5 june 2008.again in 2009 select as lecturer by ppsc through proper channel and join 12 june 2009.account office entitle me increment of 2009 but in same case my friend from mianwali district stop this increment now and punnish him some lac rupees to repay please tell who is correct ?me or my friend
