Headquarters Civil Aviation Authority has issued Notification on 14-12-2017 in connection with Revised Pay Scales 2017 CAA Employees. Summary is as under:

Revised Pay Scales 2017 CAA Employees

1. The Competent Authority i.e. CAA Board has been pleased to accord approval for Revision of Pay Scales of CAA employees with effect From 1 July 2017 as detailed in the following paragraphs:
2. Revision of basis pay Scales

The Pay Scales-2017 shall replace the Pay Scales-2014 with effect from 1st July 2017 as contained in the Annexure “A” to this Admin Order.

3. Fixation of Pay:

• The basis pay of an employees in service on 30 June 2017 shall be fixed in the Basis Pay Scales-2017 on point to point basis i.e. at the stage corresponding to that occupied by him/her above the minimum of Basis Pay Scales- 2014;
• In Case of personal Pay being drawn by an employee as part of his/her basic pay beyond the maximum of pay scales as on 30^th June 2017, he/she shall continue to draw such pay in the basic pay scales 2017 at the revised rates.
