Information Technology Staff Association (ITSA) Bannu, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa issued letter on 06-01-2018 to the Honourable Chief Secretary Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Peshawar in connection with Proposed Service Structure & Time Scale IT Employees KPK. Summary is as under:
With veneration it is stated that we (the IT Staff) working in all Districts of the Province and we have no Service Structure and Time Scale. Most of IT employees have more than 15 Years service but neither promotion has been granted to them due to non availability of Service Structure and Time Scale, which is an embarrassing situation for IT Staff, as nowadays the Govt is interested in resolving issues like Service Structure. Time Scale, up-gradation, regularization etc.
In this connection it is, therefore requested that necessary Service Structure and Time Scale may kindly be granted to IT Staff (Districts & Attached Department Khyber Pakhtunkhwa) as mentioned below to made smoothly way for promotion like other cadres.
