Lahore High Court Lahore has issued Notification No. 11/LCE/1E/VII.B.3(M) dated 18-01-2018 in connection with Upgradation of Various Stagnant Posts of District Judiciary. Summary is as under:
In exercise of The powers conferred vide sub para (w) of Notification No.Judl-1-X(Home)/89, dated 08.10.1995 of Government of the Punjab, Finance Department, read with laid down by the August Supreme Court of Pakistan in Sharaf Faridi`s case (PLD 1994, Supreme Court 105), the Hon`ble Chief Justice has been pleased to up-grade various stagnant posts of staff of District Judiciary, Punjab alongwith time scale promotion in the following terms, with immediate effect.
