Government of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Social Welfare Special Education and Women Empowerment Department has issued Notification No. SO-VI/SWD/1-21/2017-18/757-68 dated 12-01-2018. Summary is as under:
In pursuance of Section 11B of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa civil Servant Amendment act,1973 ( Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Act No . XVIII of 1973 ), the following Devolved Employees of the Federal Government, holding various posts in Federal Government entities, on regular basis before the commencement of the 18th Constitutional (amendment ) Act 2010 (Act No. X of 2010), shall be deemed to be civil servants of the province for all intents and purpose under the Act ibid.
