Lahore High Court Lahore has issued order on 27-01-2018 in connection with Upgradation Posts of Assistant Registrar, Deputy Registrar and Additional Registrars. Detail is as under:
In exercise of the powers conferred, the Chief Justice has been pleased to upgrade eight posts of Additional Registrars from BPS-20 to BPS-21 as Senior Additional Registrars (Apart from the post of Senior Registrar/Chairman, C.O.M, already in BPS-21), 13 posts of Deputy Registrars (BPS-19 to BPS-20 as Senior Deputy Registrar and 24 posts of Assistant Registrars BPS-18 to BPS-19 as Senior Assistant Registrar in the public interest with immediate effect.
The Senior Most Officers amongst the aforesaid cadres will be placed against the up-graded posts of Additional Registrars (BPS-21), Senior Deputy Registrar (BPS-20) and Senior Assistant Registrar (BPS-19).

I am looking for notification regarding upgradation of administrative posts in Universities in Pakistan i.e Assistant Registrar (BPS-17 to BPS-18), Deputy Registrar (BPS-18 to BPS-19), Additional Registrar (BPS-19 to BPS-20), and Registrar/Controller (BPS-20 to 21) alongwith order of honorable court.
Kindly help me and send me the relevant notifications on priority basis.
