Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Elementary & Secondary Education Department has issued Notification NO.SO(S/F)E&SED/3-2/2018/SITT/Contract dated 16-02-2018 in connection with Regularization KPK Teachers & Other Staff Appointed on Contract Basis. Summary is as under:
In pursuance of Section-3 of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Employees of Elementary & Secondary Education Department (Appointment & Regularization of Services) Act, 2017 read with Section-1 Sub-section (2) of the Act ibid and Law Department Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa advice bearing No. ALD-lll/Legis(4)2017/Vol-l/9888-90 dated 20/03/2017, services of the following employees are hereby regularized with effect from the date of their initial appointment:
- Teachers appointed on adhoc or contract basis by the Elementary & Secondary Education Department in the government schools after 2013 through NTS but not including the teachers engaged on work change basis or who are paid out of contingencies.
- Employees appointed in the following Projects on contract basis in accordance with the project policy.
- IT/ Computer Teacher in Computer Labs Project in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (Phase-II) (110568)
- Establishment of five hundreds (500) IT Labs in GGHSS Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (1505559)
- Establishment of five hundreds (500) IT Labs in GGHSS Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (Phase-III) (160151)
- Junior Clerks appointed in the E&SED by Government after 2013 through NTS.
