Government of Pakistan, Cabinet Secretariat Establishment Division has issued Office memorandum on 19-02-2018 in connection with Upgradation Posts of Constables/JOP (BPS-05) and Head Constables/APO (BPS-07) in NH&MP. Detail is as under:
The undersigned is directed to refer to Minister of Communication`s O.M. No. 4(34)/02-PMP-Vol-V, dated 8th January, 2018 and subsequent endorsement by management Services Wing of Establishment Division vide their U.O. 5(2)/DG-VI/MSW/2012(Pt), dated 16-01-2018 on the subject noted above.
Establishment Division agrees with up-gradation of the posts of Constable/JPO from BPS-5 to BPS-7 and Head Constable/APO from BPS-7 to BPS-9 subject to the concurrence of Fiancé Division amendment in the Recruitment Rules and filling up the up-graded posts in manner prescribed as per this Division`s d.o letter No.8/36/2000-R, dated 31-12-2008.
