Government of Sindh, Health Department has issued Notification No. E & A(HD)Circular/2018 dated 21-02-2018 in connection with New SOP Regarding Transfer Posting and Grant of Leave by Health Department Sindh. Detail is as under:
In order to discourage unnecessary trend of transfer/posting/leaves the competent authority has directed to follow the following SOPs immediately:
New SOP Regarding Transfer Posting and Grant of Leave
No transfer and posting proposal should be entertained until and unless all ACRs/Dossier of Doctors/Para Medics/Staff Nurses are completed and concerned section will submit undertaking that file is complete in all respect.
No leave application is entertained until and unless cogent reasons are provided by Doctors/Para Medics/Staff Nurses.
The above directives may be implemented in letter and spirit and in case of non-compliance disciplinary proceedings will be initiated against the initiating officer.
