Government of Pakistan Cabinet Secretariat, Capital Administration & Development Division has issued Notification No. F.5-95/2017-Lit dated 02-03-2018 in connection with Promotion Trained Graduate Teachers (TGTs) & DMs as SST (BPS-17). Detail is as under:

I am directed to convey approval of the Competent Authority i.e. Secretary, Capital Administration & Development Division, Islamabad and in compliance in with the judgment  of Hounourable Islamabad High Court,   Islamabad in Writ Petition No. 2508/2017 dated 30-11-2017 / ICA No.52/2018 dated 29-01-2018  and in pursuance to policy guidelines issued by the CA&D Division  dated 25-07-2017, all Trained Graduate Teachers (TGTs) (BS-16) / Drawing Masters (DMs) (Bs-16) serving under Federal Directorate of Education, Islamabad shall be promoted to their next higher grade as Secondary School Teacher (SST) (BS-17).

All seniority related matters shall be decided in the light of Government Servants (Seniority) Rules, 1993 as amended from time to time.
