Punjab Local Government Board Local Government Complex Lahore has issued Notification NO.LCS(Acctt-Apptt)/84 dated 06-03-2018 in connection with Four Times Promotion in Service Class IV Employees of Local Government. Detail is as under:

The Circular letter bearing No. FD.PC.39-14/77(Pt/IV)(APCA/2008) dated 21.06.2017 issued by Government of the Punjab, Finance Department with regard to grant of up-gradation into next pay scales, four times in whole service, instead of two times, on satisfactory completion of 8,16,24 and 30 Years’ service from the date of regular appointment in respect of to employees in BS-1 to BS-4, is hereby adopted mutatis mutandis and subsequently applicable  to the Members of Local Councils Service/TMA Cadre and Local Government servants of the Metropolitan/Municipal Corporations, District Councils and Municipal Committees in the Punjab including employees of Punjab Local Government Board.

The expenditure incurred on time scale promotions shall be borne out of the funds of respective Local Government and PLG Board.
