Government of Pakistan, Cabinet Secretariat Establishment Division dated 23-02-2018 in connection with Contractual Employees Appointed under Assistance Package are Entitled for Benefits of Upgradation. Detail is as under:

The undersigned is directed to refer to the above noted subject and to say that as clarified by this Division vide O.M No. 7/6/2002-R-6 (Pt-II) dated 11-01-2017, the contractual employees appointed under the Prime Minister’s Assistance Package from time to time are entitled for the benefits of Upgradation issued vide this Division’s O.M No. 1/13/96-R-6 dated 10-08-2016.
