According the Daily Dunya dated 08-04-208, Govt Employees Salary News Updates Budget 2018, there are 10 to 20% chances of the increase in salaries for the Government employees of Pakistan. Detail is as under:
As you know that the Government has declared the date of announcement of Budget 2018-19 and the same date is 27th April 2018. Expected increase in pay and allowances for the Govt employees according to the newspapers is as under:
Pay Increase Government Employees Budget 2018-19
According to the news there are three plans of increase in salaries in budget 2018-19 for the Government employees.
Adhoc Relief Allowance 2018
- Plan-I 10% increase in salary
- Plan-II 15% increase in salary
- Plan-III 20% increase in salary
Increase Medical Allowance
Medical Allowance will be increased from Rs. 1500 per month to 2000 per month for the employees of BPS-01 to BPS-15.
Increase in Pension 2018
There are chances of increase in Pension upto 25%.
House Rent Allowance & Hiring
Government has already announced for the increase in House Rent Allowance & Hiring
50%.

my proposal refarding coming budget is as under
1).Restore move over , Selection Grade and time scale
2).Restore pay stages up to 18
3).restore Higher qualification pay
4) HRA should bi fixed on new intital basic pay 2017..
5) special Allowance 20% will also be given to All other attached dept too
6) .utility Allowance shoud be given to All employees
Budget is ok but control the product cost.
Pensioners Medical Allowance should be merged in pension and then may be increased 20 to 25 present and in future annual increment should be granted to the pensioners of ever year in the month of December like serving employees
My proposal regarding salary increase are as under. 1.20% increase in salary.2.HRA 30% and 45% of the initial of 2017.3.medical allowance 15% of running Basic pay. 4.CONVEYANCE 15% OF the running Basic pay
I think pensioner of pakistan are hand to mouth. No one is interested to give reliefe these oldmens. This is trend of our all government. Shame on them.10% increase is nothing. Nawas government please think about poor oldmans which are standing in long line from four to five hours in hot weather.please give relief to pensioners 40 to 50%. All votes will be yours.

Some one who is grade 15 getting house rent 2200 if the house rent increase means 3300 and in that person should hire the house for rent is it possible that person cant even hire a room in city with washroom and kitchen so the allowance should be on 50% of basic or the old rule which was freeze in 2008 mean the 45% of the basic pay that is the actual standing of that allowance
Is there any proposal for time scale promotion or up-gradation of of Assistant Private Secretary (BPS-116 TO BPS-17) and Stenotypist (BPS-14 TO BPS-16).

pension increase @ 10% is sufficient because pensioner have less liabilities, there should be reasonable increase in salaries of current employees

What a bad luck of our system… 10% increase for young people who need money to raise kids and enjoy life and 25% increase to old people who need money for their medicines only…. what a pity .. What a bogus system…
my pay is 50,000 (bps-17 lecturer) and my father’s pension 1,25,000 rs (pbs-19 retired)..wow…

Grade 1 se 15 thak ka medical allowance 500 r.s baraya jai ga. 19 to 22 ko b kuch doubl kia ja raha hy. Or grade 16 , 17 , 18 ni kya galti ke hay? Yi abi thk samaj nahi araha.
