Government of Sindh, Local Government Department has issued Notification on 03-05-2018 in connection with Upgradation Recovery Clerk/Octroi Local Councils of Sindh. Detail is as under:
In compliance of order of Honourable High Court of Sindh, Circuit Court Hyderabad dated 14-03-2018 passed in CP No. D-1572/2016 filed by Syed Irshad Ali & others and with the approval of Competent Authority i.e Chief Minister Sindh, the post of Octroi / Recovery of Clerks (BPS-05) are hereby up-graded as Junior Clerk (BPS-11) in Local Councils of Sindh with immediate effect.
